What is Gulji HairGrow Premium Hair Oil?: Gulji HairGrow is a premium herbal hair oil crafted with 18 pure botanical oils and herbal extracts — including Onion, Rosemary, Black Seed, Castor, Coconut, Amla, and more. It is designed to deeply nourish and condition the scalp and hair, leaving it looking and feeling its best.
Is it suitable for all hair types?: Yes. Gulji HairGrow is formulated for all hair types — straight, wavy, curly, fine, or coarse. It works for both men and women of all age groups.
Does it contain mineral oil, parabens, or silicones?: No. Gulji HairGrow contains zero mineral oil, parabens, silicones, sulfates, or artificial fragrances. It is 100% natural.
Can I use it on coloured or chemically treated hair?: Yes, it is safe for coloured and chemically treated hair and can actually help restore some of the moisture lost during chemical treatments.
What volume is the bottle?: Each bottle contains 100ml of Gulji HairGrow Premium Hair Oil.

When will I see results?: With regular use (2–3 times per week), most customers notice their hair looking and feeling noticeably better over time. Hair care is a gradual journey — for best results, make Gulji HairGrow part of your ongoing routine.
How do I use Gulji HairGrow?: Apply 5–10 drops on your scalp, massage gently in circular motions for 3–5 minutes, then work the remaining oil through the length of your hair. Leave for at least 2 hours (or overnight), then wash with a mild shampoo. Use 2–3 times per week.
Can I leave it on overnight?: Yes! Overnight application gives the oils and extracts maximum time to deeply nourish and condition the scalp and hair, and often gives the best feel and appearance.
How long does one 100ml bottle last?: With regular use (2–3 times per week, 5–10 drops per application), one bottle typically lasts 4–6 weeks.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?: Yes, we deliver to all major cities and many smaller towns across Pakistan — Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?: Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You only pay when your order arrives at your door. No online payment is required at the time of placing the order.
How long does delivery take?: Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take 4–6 days. You will receive tracking information on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Is delivery free?: Yes, delivery is free on all orders within Pakistan.
How can I track my order?: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number via WhatsApp. You can then track your order on the courier's website.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?: You can request an address change by contacting us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible after placing your order — ideally within a few hours. Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

What is your return policy?: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is received damaged or defective. Please contact us with photos of the issue. Opened products are generally not returnable unless there is a quality issue.
The product arrived damaged. What do I do?: Please take photos of the damaged product and packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
