Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. Here's how we handle returns.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives visibly damaged (cracked bottle, leaking, broken seal), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will correct the order at no additional cost.
  • Unopened Product: If you change your mind and the product is still sealed and unopened, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. You will need to send the product back to us (return courier cost is borne by the customer).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging or seal
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery

We kindly ask that you inspect your order carefully upon delivery before opening it.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos of the product and packaging if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via:

  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Bank transfer (for amounts above PKR 1,000)

Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, no online payment reversal is needed. Refunds are sent directly to you once the return is confirmed.
