1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gulji.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products

All products sold on gulji.com are intended for external use only. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.

If you have a known allergy to any ingredient listed on our product pages, please consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Results may vary. Hair growth and fall reduction results depend on individual factors including genetics, lifestyle, diet, and consistency of use. We do not guarantee specific results.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard delivery charges. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed.

4. Orders & Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

By placing an order, you confirm that you will be available to receive and pay for the delivery. If a COD order is refused or undeliverable without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from the same number or address.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled and will be delivered as scheduled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on gulji.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Gulji and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gulji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
